SPICY TOMATO RELISH

This tomato relish is as sweet as... eat it straight from the jar or if you can wait for the meat to be sliced, pile it onto your sandwich! Created in the middle of nowhere (which to me is close to the centre of the universe) at Dulthara Station, Hughenden, Queensland, this deliciously sweet tomato relish is made from 100% Australian produce. 500 gm is bottled in glass (because good things come in glass)
